Terms & licensing

These terms apply to Zensync software purchases from DJ Zen through zensync.in. Please review the product details and try the available trial before buying.

One licence. One system.

Each software licence is valid on one system. A licence does not permit simultaneous use on multiple computers or sharing the licence with other users. Contact zensyncin@gmail.com before replacing or changing the licensed system; a transfer is not automatic.

ZenTimer Version 1

ZenTimer V1 is offered for ₹500 as a one-time purchase with a perpetual licence for Version 1 on one Windows system. This is not a recurring subscription. A perpetual V1 licence does not promise future major versions. A 30-day trial is available for evaluation.

Activation and compatibility

Paid activation requires the activation-enabled version of the app. Follow the instructions supplied with your licence. ZenTimer can work offline after activation. Check your operating system, displays and event workflow during the trial before purchasing.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Licence delivery follows payment verification. Use an email address you can access and retain the payment reference for support. See our digital delivery policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Purchases are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds, except where required by applicable law. Read the refund and cancellation policy before payment.

Other products and custom work

ZenTC, ZenPresent and ZenBeam are listed for product information on this website. Their trial and purchase buttons are not currently enabled here. Custom applications are scoped and priced individually; any project-specific terms will be agreed before work begins.
