This policy describes how DJ Zen, operating Zensync, handles information related to this website, software-licence purchases and support.

Browsing this website

We use first-party website analytics to understand which apps visitors explore and how the website is used. Reports are private to DJ Zen. We do not use advertising trackers or sell visitor information. The hosting provider may separately process standard connection and server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

What website analytics records

We record page views, named link and app-page clicks, approximate active time and scroll depth, browser, operating system, device category, referring website hostname and campaign labels included in a link. Email-link clicks and successful contact-form events are counted without copying names, email addresses or message contents into analytics. URL query strings and referrer paths are not stored, except for the named campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign). Please do not include personal information in campaign labels.

A random identifier in your browser’s local storage helps estimate returning visitors for up to 90 days. A separate visit identifier groups activity until 30 minutes of inactivity. Server records use keyed hashes of these identifiers. These estimates describe browsers and visits, not identified individuals.

Approximate location

Your connection’s IP address is used temporarily for a local country, region and city lookup using DB-IP City Lite. We do not send it to a geolocation API or save the raw address in our analytics database. Locations can be inaccurate, especially with VPNs and mobile networks. Short-lived keyed hashes help limit automated requests. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

Your analytics choice

We honor the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also disable analytics for this browser below. This choice does not affect downloads or the contact form. Clearing browser storage removes this preference; the choice applies to this browser and hostname.

Analytics retention

Detailed visits and events are retained for 90 days and removed on the next collection or admin request after they expire. Daily totals and aggregate breakdowns are retained for historical comparisons. These aggregates contain no visitor identifiers. Access is protected by administrator sign-in.

When you contact us

If you email Zensync or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. Form enquiries are delivered to DJ Zen at vdjzen@gmail.com using a PHP email handler based on the ZenBeam contact form. The form uses an essential session cookie and a security token; short-lived hashed IP and email records help limit spam. We use it to respond to your enquiry, provide support or discuss custom development. Please do not send payment passwords, card details, UPI PINs or OTPs.

Purchases and licensing

Information used to fulfil and support a software purchase can include your name, email address, product, payment reference, payment status and licence or activation records. The licensing service uses system-identification information to enforce the one-system licence.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not request your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or payment OTP by email. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

How information is used

We use purchase and support information to verify payments, deliver licences, manage activation, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse and maintain necessary transaction records. Information may be processed by the hosting, email and payment services involved in these activities.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for licence administration, support, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, contact zensyncin@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
