Shipping & digital delivery

Digital products only

Zensync applications and software licences are supplied digitally. There is no physical shipment, courier service or shipping fee for a software-licence purchase.

App downloads

Use the product’s trial download to obtain the app. A paid licence requires an activation-enabled build; if your installed trial has no activation option, contact support for the correct build.

Licence delivery

Licence details and activation instructions are supplied digitally after payment verification using the email address associated with your purchase. A pending or unsuccessful payment does not confirm a licence. Retain the Razorpay payment reference.

If you have not received your licence

Check your spam folder and confirm that the purchase email is correct. Email zensyncin@gmail.com with your product name, purchase email and payment reference for delivery assistance.

Custom app delivery

The scope, schedule and delivery method for a custom application are agreed separately for each project before work begins.
