Refunds & cancellations

Zensync sells digitally delivered software licences. Please use the trial and check the app’s features and compatibility before buying.

No refunds or cancellations

All completed software-licence purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations, including for a change of mind, unused software or a system that was not checked for compatibility during the trial, except where required by applicable law.

One system per licence

A licence is valid on one system. Buying a licence does not grant activation on several systems. Contact us before a system replacement or transfer.

Payment or activation problems

If you experience a duplicate charge, a payment error, missing licence details or an activation problem, email zensyncin@gmail.com with your product name, purchase email and payment reference so we can investigate. Do not send card details, UPI PINs, passwords or payment OTPs.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not exclude a refund or other remedy that is required by applicable law.
